I’m kind of cheating today on Blue Monday with this Finger Paints Art You Wondering? This lacquer is more of a teal. It is a clear base with green and blue glitter. It has a really nice shine to it. This could almost pass for a turquoise.

I am wearing 3 coats this time and a top coat. The formula was really nice and it dried fairly quickly. What do you think, green, blue, or teal?
