Embarca-Dare Ya! ~ OPI

Yay its Friday!
I was in the mood to wear a pink and I remembered I had Embarca-Dare Ya! from OPI’s San Francisco collection in my untrieds. This one is a magenta base with gold shimmer.
Here It Is:

I am wearing 2 coats and 1 coat of top coat. The formula was good and it dried quickly. I think this is such a beautiful polish considering it doesn’t look that good in the bottle. Do you buy a polish even when it doesn’t look so pretty in the bottle?

Giovanna ~ Zoya

Hi,
Zoya describes Giovanna as an emerald green metallic. To me it’s a greenish blue base with micro green shimmer. It is pretty but I wish it was all green.

I am wearing 2 coats and 1 coat of top coat. Let me say that this was one of the worst polishes I ever got from Zoya! Zoya is usually so good. It was so runny it just made a mess. Then when I took it off it stained my nails and my skin. How annoying! It is pretty but I will never where it again because of the formula. What is your worst polish problem?

Margritte’s Masterpiece ~ Finger Paints ~ Blue Monday

Hey Everyone,
It’s Blue Monday! I have another bright blue! I think the name on the bottle is incorrect, I think it is supposed to be Magritte’s Masterpiece after the painting. Anyway to me it’s a sharp cobalt blue crème. It’s gorgeous!

I am wearing 2 coats and one coat of top coat. The formula was a tiny bit thin but it was fine. It also dried very quickly. I just love this color. I did get mixed comments in it such as interesting and too bright but I also got some good ones. How would you describe it?

220 Volts ~ Funky Fingers ~ Blue Monday

Blue Monday!
Funky Fingers 220 Volts is a bright blue crème. I think it could be called neon or “smurf blue”. It is so pretty!
Here it is:

I am wearing 3 coats and 1 coat of top coat. The formula was a little thin so that is why I had to put 3 coats. I really love this because it is bright, cheerful, and neon. I love neons and always will but do you still love neons?

Mrs. Mint ~ Funky Fingers

Hi,
This is what I would call a spring color. Mrs. Mint is Funky Finger’s pastel mint green base with a slight gold shimmer.
Take A Look:

Because it is a pastel I used a ridge filler base coat, 2 coats of Mrs. Mint, and 1 coat of top coat. The formula was good and it dried pretty quickly. I really like this color but you really can’t see the shimmer. I think I need more shimmer! Do you think it needs more shimmer?

Ski Slope Sweetie ~ OPI

T.G.I.F!
I usually don’t wear a lot of white or light colored lacquer but I thought OPI Ski Slope Sweetie was so pretty. It’s a white base with gold shimmer.

This time I am wearing 1 coat of ridge filler and 1 coat of top coat. The formula was good and it dried quickly. I really like this and I would wear it all year round, would you?

I Have A Herring Problem ~ OPI ~ Blue Monday

It’s another Blue Monday!
OPI’s I Have A Herring Problem is from their Holland collection. It is a bluish green base with light blue shimmer. It’s pretty.

I am wearing 2 coats and one coat of top coat. The formula was great and it dried quickly. I really like this color but it’s almost gray to me. OPI calls it a blue-green shimmer. What color do you think it is?
