Happy Blue Monday,
OPI's How You Blue In is an Ulta exclusive gift with purchase from the Shimmer With Summer Collection from July. When I went to the Ulta store last week they had a whole OPI display with this polish in it so I had to get it!
This is a dark blue/green shimmer that has a black base. It is really a pretty blue/green shimmer in the light but a very dark midnight blue with blue flecks out of the light.
I am wearing 2 coats with 1 coat of top coat. I was disappointed with consistency of the lacquer; it was really runny and hard to apply. I still like this lacquer. What do you think?
