Happy Blue Monday,
I have another Essence lacquer. This one is not holographic although it looks like a duo-chrome in the bottle, it goes between blue and purple but, when I put it on it wasn’t a duo-chrome. I would just call it a shimmer. It is a very light gray base with bright blue flecks. It’s still very nice.
Here it is:
I am wearing 2 coats of lacquer and 1 coat of top coat. Have you bought any of these @ Holografics?
