It’s Blue Monday and today I have I Don’t Give A Rotterdam
from OPI’s Holland Collection. It’s a steel blue with silver shimmer.
Take A Look:
I am wearing 2 coats and one coat of top coat. It went on
very easily and smoothly. It dried very quickly. I do like this color but I really
don’t see this as a spring color, I see it more as a late summer or early fall
color. Do you see this as a spring color?
I can see this as a spring color--very early spring, end of winter, really, when things are still sort of grey but you know they won't be for too much longer.
