I thought I would try another mini from the OPI Outrageous Neons Collection. I really have been loving all the neon collections this year and really wanted to try it again especially after I paid $19.99 for the collection. I reviewed Seriously Purple back in July and the results weren’t good. Sorry to say it’s the same for Riotously Pink!

For this collection they want you to put on a white base
coat and then 2 coats of lacquer. Well again I had to put on more than 2 coats
of lacquer! I had to put 4 and it still doesn’t look good! I think the white base is the problem, it makes it streak and its hard to cover. I also put on 1 coat
of top coat. I do love this color though. Sorry but I was so disappointed at
the way it turned out I didn’t do any clean up because I knew I would take it
off after I took pictures. Has anyone had this problem with neons?
Darn that stinks! I don't own many neons so I'm no expert on their forumla. Love the color though! Very bright and pretty!

Delete4 coats is a lot. I have a china glaze neon I think the name is pink voltage.If I remember correctly I only need 2 coats. Pretty shade but too many coats :)
